Are you accepting new patients?

Yes, we are welcoming new patients to our practice!
Before scheduling an appointment with our office, please ensure all pertinent healthcare records are shared with us. This helps us facilitate a seamless transition and deliver the highest standard of care tailored to your child’s needs. Medical records give us valuable insight into your child's medical history, past treatments, and ongoing needs.
How do I make an appointment?

Appointments can be made by submitting a request to the portal or via phone or email.
How do I access the telehealth visit?
On your mobile device, search for the app called "Your Practice" and download the app. Once you have the app you can sign in as a patient and follow the prompts!
Do you accept my health insurance?

At this time we are a self-pay organization. Receipts can be submitted to your insurer to see if they might reimburse you for an out-of network provider.
What assessment tools are used by the practice to diagnose Autism?

The TELE-ASD and CARS-2 will be utilized.
In the future there may be a possibility to do an ADOS-2 in person, but for now this is SOLELY a virtual platform.
Is a telehealth evaluation valid for an Autism diagnosis in New York State?
Yes!The TELE-ASD, and CARS-2 are valid forms of assessment for your referral and agency needs.
Will you help to initiate a conversation with the school to obtain accommodations (via 504 plan or Individualized Education Plan)

YES! If there is an opportunity to help advocate via phone, email, or meeting we will try our best to accommodate!
How do medication refills work?

We are happy to work with you regarding medication management. We kindly advise that you inform us of a medication refill need 7 days prior in order to facilitate the request.
There may be times when medications need to be changed due to shortages and/or a need for authorization from your insurance company. This is why a bit of "leeway" time will help us so you are not left empty handed!
Can you initiate referrals to other specialists/agencies?

YES! If referrals or therapy prescriptions are needed for school or outside specialists that can be done with us as well.
Are we an ABA therapeutic agency?
No. We are not an ABA center
