Evaluation and Diagnosis

We can complete a comprehensive initial AUTISM assessment for children 16 months to 6 years of age  to assist with documentation for early intervention, school and other services, such as OPWDD (Office for People with Developmental Disabilities), disability applications/forms, and prescriptions for other therapeutic services (such as ABA).



We will also be able to help in recertifying the initial diagnosis, or help you obtain a formal clinical diagnosis (to augment a school provisional diagnosis) as long as there is prior documentation of the initial diagnosis or provisional diagnosis that we can review these documents prior to the visit(IEP for example).

*Of note: An evaluation does not necessarily equal a diagnosis. But, based on the evaluation (no matter what) recommendations and referrals can be made.*

We also plan to provide continued follow-up care and advocate for families as they navigate these challenging waters!
